Last updated: 1 November 2026
This policy explains how Lehrman International BV ("we", "us") handles personal data when you visit this website or contact us by email. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Belgian data protection law.
1. Who is responsible
Lehrman International BV, Lange Lozanastraat 142, 2018 Antwerpen, Belgium. Enterprise number 1012.773.139. Email: info@lehrmaninternational.com.
2. What data we process and why
- Website visits. This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools. When you visit it, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit, to deliver the page and protect the site against abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Email contact. If you email us, we process your name, email address and the content of your message to answer you. Legal basis: steps prior to or in performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Personal data processed through our app, or as part of services we provide to clients, is covered by separate privacy notices and agreements.
3. How long we keep it
Technical log data is kept by our hosting provider for a short period only. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request and for any related follow-up, and no longer than required by law for business records.
4. Who receives your data
We do not sell personal data. We use trusted service providers that process data on our behalf: our website hosting provider (Netlify, Inc.) and our domain and email provider (one.com Group AB). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email us at info@lehrmaninternational.com. We will respond within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données), Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
